Pour vous aider \u00e0 mieux comprendre ce concept, voici un cas adapt\u00e9 de fabrication de pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supposons que vous fabriquiez 50 arbres cylindriques solides d'un diam\u00e8tre de 50 mm et d'une longueur de 100 mm. Ces arbres sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 s'ins\u00e9rer dans le trou d'un autre composant, ce qui n\u00e9cessite une adaptation pr\u00e9cise du diam\u00e8tre du trou. Selon les dessins de conception, le diam\u00e8tre de l'arbre doit \u00eatre de 50 mm et sa longueur de 100 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En mesurant les tiges termin\u00e9es, on peut obtenir les r\u00e9sultats suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00d852,5mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d847.8mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d850,2mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00d849,9mm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mesures indiquent que le diam\u00e8tre r\u00e9el est compris entre 47,8 et 52,5 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ces \u00e9carts sont-ils acceptables ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, vous pouvez vous demander si ces \u00e9carts de taille sont acceptables ou si vous devez rejeter ces pi\u00e8ces et demander au fournisseur de les refaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse d\u00e9pend de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sogaworks.com\/fr\/blogs\/types-of-engineering-tolerances\/\">tol\u00e9rance en mati\u00e8re d'ing\u00e9nierie<\/a> les normes que vous utilisez. Si les dessins techniques d\u00e9finissent des tol\u00e9rances bas\u00e9es sur la norme ISO 2768, vous pouvez v\u00e9rifier si ces mesures se situent dans la plage acceptable. Par exemple, supposons que vous utilisiez la norme ISO 2768-m pour la conception, en consultant le tableau, la tol\u00e9rance est de \u00b10,3 mm lorsque le diam\u00e8tre de l'arbre est compris entre 30 et 120 mm. La plage acceptable du diam\u00e8tre de l'arbre trait\u00e9 est de 49,7 mm \u00e0 50,3 mm. Dans ce cas, les diam\u00e8tres 47,8 mm et 52,5 mm seraient en dehors de la plage acceptable et vous seriez en droit de demander au fournisseur de les refaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supposons \u00e0 nouveau que l'arbre doive \u00eatre install\u00e9 dans un trou, et que la taille de base du trou soit suppos\u00e9e \u00eatre de 50,5 mm (en tenant compte d'un certain jeu). Selon la norme ISO 2768-m, la tol\u00e9rance du trou est de 0,3 mm, c'est-\u00e0-dire que la plage acceptable du diam\u00e8tre du trou trait\u00e9 est comprise entre 50,2 mm et 50,8 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l'arbre et le trou sont mont\u00e9s, le jeu maximal est de 1,1 mm et le jeu minimal est de -0,1 mm (un jeu n\u00e9gatif indique un jeu n\u00e9gatif). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sogaworks.com\/fr\/blogs\/understanding-press-fit-tolerance\/\">ajustement serr\u00e9<\/a>). Cet ajustement peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines applications qui ne n\u00e9cessitent pas une grande pr\u00e9cision, mais qui requi\u00e8rent un certain degr\u00e9 de flexibilit\u00e9 dans l'assemblage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu'est-ce que la norme ISO 2768 ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'ISO 2768 est une norme \u00e9labor\u00e9e par l'Organisation internationale de normalisation (ISO) pour r\u00e9glementer les exigences de tol\u00e9rance applicables aux pi\u00e8ces et produits m\u00e9caniques, en particulier les dimensions et les tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9om\u00e9triques qui ne sont pas sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9es individuellement sur les dessins de conception. La norme ISO 2768 a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e au milieu du 20e si\u00e8cle, pendant une p\u00e9riode d'industrialisation rapide. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, les industries manufacturi\u00e8res des diff\u00e9rents pays et r\u00e9gions avaient des d\u00e9finitions et des applications diff\u00e9rentes des tol\u00e9rances, ce qui posait des probl\u00e8mes d'interchangeabilit\u00e9 et de compatibilit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces dans le commerce international. Pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes, l'ISO a lanc\u00e9 un effort de normalisation mondiale dans le domaine de la m\u00e9canique, dans le but de fournir une sp\u00e9cification unifi\u00e9e pour la fabrication mondiale. La norme ISO 2768 a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1989 et a depuis fait l'objet de plusieurs r\u00e9visions et am\u00e9liorations. Voici les principales versions :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ISO 2768:1989 : <\/strong>La premi\u00e8re version de la norme ISO 2768, qui fournit principalement des normes g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de tol\u00e9rance dimensionnelle et g\u00e9om\u00e9trique pour le domaine de l'ing\u00e9nierie m\u00e9canique, contribue \u00e0 unifier les exigences en mati\u00e8re de tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ISO 2768-1:2003 et ISO 2768-2:2003 :<\/strong> En 2003, la norme ISO 2768 a fait l'objet d'une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9vision qui a permis de mettre \u00e0 jour certains contenus, d'am\u00e9liorer les d\u00e9finitions des classes de tol\u00e9rance et d'\u00e9tablir des distinctions plus claires entre les diff\u00e9rents types de tol\u00e9rances (dimensionnelles et g\u00e9om\u00e9triques). Cette version a \u00e9galement clarifi\u00e9 son applicabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents mat\u00e9riaux et m\u00e9thodes de fabrication, am\u00e9liorant ainsi sa flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ISO 2768-1:2016 et ISO 2768-2:2016 :<\/strong> La r\u00e9vision 2016 de la norme ISO 2768 a apport\u00e9 d'autres mises \u00e0 jour importantes. Les r\u00e9visions ont affin\u00e9 plusieurs clauses de la norme, am\u00e9liorant la clart\u00e9 et l'applicabilit\u00e9 des classes de tol\u00e9rance. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, les plages de tol\u00e9rance et la classification des tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9om\u00e9triques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affin\u00e9es, tandis que la norme a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise \u00e0 jour pour mieux s'adapter aux technologies de fabrication modernes et aux exigences de pr\u00e9cision plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu'est-ce que la norme ISO 2768 mk ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M et K dans la norme ISO 2768 repr\u00e9sentent deux classes de tol\u00e9rance, qui proviennent respectivement des classes de tol\u00e9rance des normes ISO 2768-1 et ISO 2768-2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme ISO 2768 est divis\u00e9e en deux parties : ISO 2768-1 et ISO 2768-2. La norme ISO 2768-1 d\u00e9finit quatre classes de tol\u00e9rance : F (Fine), M (Medium), C (Coarse) et V (Very Coarse). La norme ISO 2768-2, quant \u00e0 elle, comprend trois classes de tol\u00e9rance : H, K et L. Lorsqu'aucune tol\u00e9rance sp\u00e9cifique n'est indiqu\u00e9e sur une pi\u00e8ce, la plage de tol\u00e9rance est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00e9termin\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme ISO 2768. Les classes de tol\u00e9rance M et K sont les plus couramment utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ISO 2768-1 : <\/strong>Dimensions lin\u00e9aires et angulaires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La norme ISO 2768-1 repr\u00e9sente les tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pour les dimensions lin\u00e9aires et angulaires sans indication de tol\u00e9rance individuelle. La norme ISO 2768-1 indique les dimensions lin\u00e9aires et angulaires, telles que les dimensions ext\u00e9rieures, les dimensions int\u00e9rieures, les pas, les diam\u00e8tres, les rayons, les distances, les rayons ext\u00e9rieurs et les hauteurs de chanfrein pour les ar\u00eates bris\u00e9es. Elle indique les tol\u00e9rances g\u00e9om\u00e9triques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales pour la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 et la rectitude, la cylindricit\u00e9 et la circularit\u00e9.
