Il est tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des professionnels et des amateurs pour sa duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et sa grande r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, une caract\u00e9ristique essentielle pour la fabrication d'outils de coupe dans n'importe quelle industrie et pour la fabrication de lames durables. Nous allons voir ici ce qu'est l'acier SK5 et quelles sont ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aper\u00e7u de l'acier au carbone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'acier au carbone est une s\u00e9rie d'acier alli\u00e9 principalement au carbone. La teneur en carbone p\u00e8se environ 0,05% jusqu'\u00e0 1%. Plus la teneur en carbone augmente, plus l'acier pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une ductilit\u00e9 faible. Il s'agit de la cat\u00e9gorie d'acier au carbone la plus courante. Les aciers \u00e0 faible teneur en carbone sont souples et ductiles, ce qui les rend faciles \u00e0 souder. Les aciers \u00e0 haute teneur en carbone sont les plus durs et les plus r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l'usure, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour les ressorts, les outils tranchants et les fils \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance. Cependant, ils sont moins ductiles et difficiles \u00e0 souder. Il s'agit d'une nuance couramment utilis\u00e9e au Japon. SK85 est le nom de la nouvelle norme JIS G4401 qui la remplace et qui est \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la norme 1085 de l'AISI. Malgr\u00e9 le fer et le carbone, l'acier SK5 est compos\u00e9 d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments tels que 0,35% Si, 0,5-0,8% Mn, 0,03% et 0,003% S. L'acier SK5 n'est pas aussi r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la corrosion que l'acier inoxydable. Nous savons que l'acier dont la teneur en chrome est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 10,5% est inoxydable, mais la teneur en chrome de l'acier SK5 n'est que d'environ 0,1%, et il rouille donc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SK2, SK4 et SK5 sont tous des types d'acier \u00e0 haute teneur en carbone et leur principale diff\u00e9rence r\u00e9side dans la teneur en carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acier SK2 vs SK5<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SK2 est un type d'acier \u00e0 haute teneur en carbone dont la teneur en carbone est comprise entre 1,15% et 1,25%.
