En este art\u00edculo se tratan algunos aspectos b\u00e1sicos de la tolerancia de ajuste a presi\u00f3n, como qu\u00e9 es el ajuste, la tolerancia de ajuste y la tolerancia de ajuste a presi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 son los Fits\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ajustes son las relaciones entre la zona de tolerancia del emparejamiento de agujeros y ejes del mismo tama\u00f1o b\u00e1sico. O podemos decir que los ajustes son la holgura entre el emparejamiento de orificios y ejes. La holgura puede ser tanto positiva como negativa. El tama\u00f1o de la holgura determina si las dos piezas emparejadas pueden moverse o girar independientemente la una de la otra o, si est\u00e1n conectadas temporal o permanentemente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen tres tipos de ajuste: ajuste de holgura, ajuste de transici\u00f3n y ajuste de <strong>ajuste a presi\u00f3n (ajuste por interferencia)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajuste de liquidaci\u00f3n:<strong> <\/strong>La zona de tolerancia del agujero est\u00e1 por encima de la del eje, es decir, el agujero es mayor que el eje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ajuste a presi\u00f3n: <\/strong>La zona de tolerancia del agujero est\u00e1 por debajo de la del eje, es decir, el eje es mayor que el agujero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajuste de transici\u00f3n: Las zonas de tolerancia del agujero y el eje se solapan. Determina el grado de ajuste o de holgura entre estas piezas. Para el ajuste de holgura, la tolerancia de ajuste es la diferencia entre la holgura m\u00e1xima y la holgura m\u00ednima; para el ajuste de interferencia, la tolerancia de ajuste es la diferencia entre la interferencia m\u00ednima y la interferencia m\u00e1xima; para el ajuste de transici\u00f3n, la tolerancia de ajuste es la diferencia entre la holgura m\u00e1xima y la interferencia m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sistema a base de agujeros<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema agujero-base es un sistema que empareja la zona de tolerancia de un agujero con una desviaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica fija y la zona de tolerancia de un eje con una desviaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica diferente. El agujero en el sistema de agujero b\u00e1sico se denomina agujero de referencia, y su c\u00f3digo de desviaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica es \"H\". El eje en el sistema de eje base se denomina eje de referencia, y su c\u00f3digo de desviaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica es \"h\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 es la tolerancia de ajuste a presi\u00f3n\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Por el p\u00e1rrafo anterior, sabemos que la tolerancia de ajuste es hasta la zona de tolerancia del eje y del agujero, por lo que es f\u00e1cil aprender que el s\u00edmbolo de la tolerancia de ajuste incluye la descripci\u00f3n de la zona de tolerancia del eje y del agujero. Tomando como ejemplo H7p6, H7 describe la zona de tolerancia del agujero, y p6 es la zona de tolerancia del eje. Seg\u00fan la norma CNS, incluye 20 niveles, IT01, IT0, IT1...IT17, e IT18, entre los cuales IT01 representa el rango de tolerancia m\u00e1s peque\u00f1o. Hay 28 posiciones de la A a la ZC en relaci\u00f3n con el tama\u00f1o b\u00e1sico. La letra indica su posici\u00f3n relativa a la talla b\u00e1sica, que incluye la desviaci\u00f3n positiva o negativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Observando el H7p6, suponemos que el tama\u00f1o base del eje y del agujero es de 30 mm. La letra inicial de H7 es may\u00fascula, lo que significa que esta tolerancia de ajuste describe la zona de tolerancia del agujero. H significa que el tama\u00f1o base se establece como el origen. 7 es el nivel de tolerancia. A partir de la tabla de nivel de tolerancia CNS, sabemos que los l\u00edmites de tolerancia superior e inferior correspondientes al tama\u00f1o base de 30mm est\u00e1n dentro de 0,021mm, por lo que la tolerancia H7 es 0 ~ + 0,021mm, y el rango de tama\u00f1o del agujero es 30 mm-30,021 mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La letra p6 es min\u00fascula, lo que significa que esta tolerancia de ajuste describe la zona de tolerancia del eje. p significa que se utiliza como origen el punto mayor que el tama\u00f1o b\u00e1sico + 0,035mm. A partir de la tabla de niveles de tolerancia CNS, sabemos que la zona de tolerancia correspondiente a la talla base de 30mm es de 0,013mm.
